    1. About Us
    These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases from Promo Print, a UK-based supplier of personalised T-shirts, mugs, pens and caps. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
    1. Orders
    Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, artwork, spelling and personalisation are correct before approving production. By submitting artwork, you confirm you own or have permission to use any logos, images or designs provided. Promo Print reserves the right to refuse any order containing unlawful, offensive or unauthorised copyrighted material.
    1. Payment
    Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
    1. Production & Delivery
    All products are made to order. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage or issues within 48 hours.
    1. Returns & Refunds
    As our products are personalised, they cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or we have made an error. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for customer-approved spelling mistakes, incorrect artwork supplied by the customer, or minor colour variations between screen displays and the finished product.
    1. Product Quality
    Slight variations in colour, print position and sizing may occur as part of the printing process and are not considered faults.
    1. Liability
    Promo Print’s liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
    1. Privacy
    Customer information is used only to process orders and provide customer service. We do not sell your personal information.
    1. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
